Action man Shona Ferguson – the husband of renowned actress and film producer Connie Ferguson – is reportedly fighting for his life in hospital after undergoing a heart operation.
The Sunday World is reporting that the actor of Kings of Jo’burg fame has spent more than a week at Milpark private hospital.
According to the publication, the Ferguson Films co-founder complained about chest pains. His wife is the other founder.
The actor was also said to be having difficulty breathing and was being treated in ICU.
But Shona appears to be doing much better, reports said.
Apparently he was well enough to share a post on his Instagram page on Sunday for the first time since 9 July.
The 47-year-old shared a bible verse with his followers.
“Grace,” he captioned the post.
