The on-off bail hearing of murder accused Ziphozethu Shange, the man allegedly found on his PlayStation while his 25-year-old girlfriend Ntwentle Sanelisiwe Sibiya lay dead near the couch, was “rolled over” on Tuesday.

Tuesday was the third time that murder accused Shange appeared briefly in the Alexandra Magistrate’s Court for his bail hearing.

Like the two previous occasions last week, the hearing could not take place on Tuesday.

“The matter was once again postponed to 2 March and one of the reasons for the postponement is that there is a new prosecutor handling the matter and he has to farmiliarise himself with the contents of the docket to prepare for the hearing tomorrow,” said Baepi Attorneys who are keeping a watching brief for the family.

Shange’s bail hearing will now be heard Wednesday.
