Johannesburg – Authorities on Sunday warned members of the public about a tiger that escaped from a plot in the Klipriver area, where it attacked a man and a dog.
“The community members are urged to be on alert after a tiger escaped from a plot at Kliprivier area on Saturday, (14 January 2023),” said Colonel Dimakatso Sello.
“It is reported that the tiger escaped from its cage and attacked a 39-year-old man and a dog in that area.
“Members of the public are warned not to approach the animal for their own safety instead contact the Crime Stop Line 08600 10111.”
