Johannesburg – Police have arrested two suspects in connection with the murder of the two missing boys found dead and their bodies mutilated in Soweto.
The murdered boys have since been identified as 5-year-old Nqobizith Zulu and 6-year-old Tshiamo Rabanye.

Unconfirmed reports are that one of the arrested suspects is related to one of the murdered boys, who were learners at Isiseko Primary School in Soweto.

TimesLive is reporting that the breakthrough comes after a forensic investigation at the boys’ homes on Tuesday.
Gauteng police spokesperson Lt-Col Mavela Masondo said the team brought in two suspects for questioning.
“The duo has since been charged with murder. They will appear before the Protea magistrate’s court on Friday,” he said.
A 50-year-old woman thought to be the grandmother of one of the boys was taken away by the police along with another person, a witness said.
