FUTURELIFE® Opens First Store At Oceans Mall In Umhlanga

Umhlanga – FUTURELIFE® has opened its very first store at the Oceans Mall in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal. 

The company said this ground-breaking retail experience celebrates the essence of health, offering customers unparalleled access to FUTURELIFE® products, branded apparel, and an array of innovative services.

Mark Bunn, Managing Director of FUTURELIFE®, said: “We are incredibly proud to introduce our revolutionary store concept to the South African market”. 

Bunn added: “This store is a testament to our commitment to health and wellness, and we’re really excited to offer customers an immersive and holistic experience.”

The FUTURELIFE® store will not only provide a comprehensive range of FUTURELIFE® products but will also feature quality, co-branded FUTURELIFE®/Adidas apparel, and merchandise. 

In addition, the store will showcase collaborations with “proudly South African” brands Thandana, Bobums, and CRUNCHBOX, offering exclusive kids’ merchandise.

Bunn adds that providing customers with expert guidance on their health journey was a priority when designing the store.

He said: “We recognised the need for our customers to have access to professionals who can support and guide them in their health and wellness journey and that’s why we’ve made sure that all our store associates have backgrounds in nutrition, dietetics, or fitness. 

“Furthermore, we’re proud to offer the expertise of qualified dieticians who will be available on-site to conduct basic health tests, provide personalised eating plans, recipes, and educational sessions.”

One of the other standout features of the FUTURELIFE® store is the Smart Café, where all products served will contain FUTURELIFE® goodness. 

Customers can indulge in freshly-made smoothies, accompanied by a delightful range of FUTURELIFE®-infused yoghurts, muffins, and oat cups. 

As part of our commitment to sustainability, all packaging will be recyclable, and the store will provide tasting samples and cooking demonstrations to engage and inspire our valued customers.

To ensure a seamless shopping experience, the FUTURELIFE® store will operate in a cashless environment, featuring digital point-of-sale systems that support credit cards, tap-and-go payments, Apple and Samsung Pay, and Zapper. 

Upon placing their orders, customers will have their purchases picked and packed at the back of the store in premium recyclable bags, accompanied by a thank you card, product information, and samples.

The FUTURELIFE® store also aims to captivate the younger generation through its interactive Kids Area, where children can engage in interactive activities. 

This innovative approach encourages children to embrace health and well-being in a fun and interactive way.
