Johannesburg – Grammy Award winner Burna Boy is coming to perform in South Africa next month.

Brought by the Ternary Media Group, in association with the Human Plug, Burna Boy is set to be performing in Johannesburg on 23 September 2023.  

The multi-award-winning Nigerian musician and songwriter is known for his Afro-fusion sound that blends elements of reggae, dancehall, hip-hop, and traditional African rhythms.

The stage is set for an electrifying night of music and entertainment as the internationally acclaimed Nigerian artist, Burna Boy, gears up to bring his unparalleled talent and energy to the iconic FNB Stadium.

Born Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, the multi-award winner says his stage name “Burna Boy” was inspired by comic book superheroes.

The 31-year-old Afrobeats singer says when he was younger he used to draw comic characters like Spiderman.
