Pretoria – Tshwane Bus Services and A Re Yeng remain suspended due to the ongoing unlawful and unprotected strike, the City of Tshwane said in a terse statement on Monday.
“This decision is based on safeguarding the City’s fleet from criminals who have continued to target buses as and when there are attempts to operate the service and put the fleet back on our roads,” the statement said.
“The City would like to apologise to all commuters using our bus services and advise commuters to make alternative arrangements until further notice.”
