Johannesburg – South Africa’s Rowen Williams has been named the Best Goalkeeper AFCON.

Williams, who had five clean sheets and saved six penalties, was awarded his gong on Sunday after the home side Ivory Coast beat Nigeria 2-1 to lift the AFCON Cup.

South Africa’s Bafana Bafana, who took bronze, won the Fair Play Team Award.
