Tat’ Dalakuthethwa Wakeni was a valiant hero of the Azanian Revolution, writes Xola Tyamzashe.

We pay tribute to a towering figure whose indomitable spirit and unwavering commitment to the cause of our liberation has left an indelible mark on the tapestry of our history.

Through the darkest days of oppression and tyranny, Tat’ Dalakuthethwa stood as a beacon of hope, a steadfast champion of the downtrodden and a fearless warrior for the return of our usurped land.

With courage as his compass and righteousness as his shield, he marched alongside his comrades, heeded to Sobukwe’s call, facing the brutality of oppression with unyielding resolve and unshakeable determination.

Through his sacrifice and suffering, he etched his name into the annals of our struggle, a testament to the resilience and fortitude of the human spirit in the face of adversity.

Tat’ Dalakuthethwa’s legacy lives on in our hearts and the minds of all who continue to fight for a world where freedom reigns supreme.

His spirit of resistance and resilience serves as a guiding light for future generations, inspiring us to never waver in our quest for a better tomorrow.

As we honor the memory of this noble hero, let us recommit ourselves to the noble ideals for which he so fervently fought.

Let us stand united in our resolve to continue the struggle for a more just and equitable society, where the dreams of our ancestors are realised, and the promise of a brighter future is within reach.

Rest in power, Tat’ Dalakuthethwa Wakeni, your legacy will endure for eternity as a reminder of the power of courage, sacrifice, and unwavering dedication to the cause of our freedom – eXTee.
