Eswatini – The extradition case against two South African brothers – Siyabonga and Malusi Ndimande – has been postponed again by the Manzini Magistrate’s Court.
The brothers, who are wanted in SA in connection with the murders of popular rapper Kierman “AKA” Forbes and chef Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane, appeared in court on Monday, (29 July 2024).
The siblings allegedly fled to neighbouring Eswatini after the Durban murders.
AKA and Tibz were fatally shot outside the restaurant “Wish” along Florida Road, Durban at about 22:00 on 10 February 2023.

The Ndimande brothers were arrested in Eswatini, where they were charged with possession of an unlawful firearm.
During their appearance on Monday, the court heard that both accused were not willing to be returned to South Africa because they feared for their lives and those of their families.
Another issue was that the defence was said to have failed to file their heads of arguments on the extradition matter by the deadline, which was Friday last week, (26 July 2024).
Magistrate David Khumalo said the court only received the filed heads of arguments on Monday morning – before the court proceedings began.
However, the defence insisted the papers were filed with the court’s clerk of register on Friday.
As a result, Magistrate Khumalo remanded the brothers in custody and adjourned the case to next month, (16 August), for a “final” ruling on the extradition request brought by SA authorities.
