Johannesburg – Deputy President Paul Mashatile participated in the 10km race of the African Bank Soweto Marathon.
The deputy president participated in the marathon on Sunday, (3 November 2024), at the invitation of the Soweto Marathon Trust.
An estimated 25 000 participants took part in various race categories.
Other categories included the main marathon (42km) and half marathon (21km).
After the race, Deputy President Mashatile took part in the prize-giving ceremony.
