Johannesburg – Gauteng Judge President Dunstan Mlambo has issued a directive to court managers and security officials to stop Senzo Wiseman Mkhize from entering court buildings.
Mkhize, who was struck from the roll of advocates, faced several complaints, with the common theme of the complaints being that he did not conduct himself as a referral advocate, by either breaching the referral rule or engaging in direct correspondence with his opponents’ clients.
There were also complaints that Mkhize did not see his mandate through.
On Monday, (10 March 2025), a terse statement by Judge President Mlambo of the Gauteng Division of the High Court of SA said: “It has been brought to my attention that Mr. Senzo Wiseman Mkhize continues to come into the court buildings and demanding a right of appearance before a number of Judges, allegedly on the instruction of ‘clients’.”
Justice Mlambo added: “Mr Mkhize was struck off the roll of practicing legal practitioners and all his attempts at appealing that order have failed (see attached orders from the Constitutional Court marked “A” and “B”).
“Based on the above, I, as Head of Court, direct that Mr. Mkhize forthwith not be allowed access to the court buildings as he has no legitimate business therein.”
