Johannesburg – Nkosazana Zuma Mncube, the eldest daughter of Former President Jacob Zuma, has reported her younger sister, Duduzile Zuma-Sambudla, and two others to the police for alleged human trafficking.

Zuma-Mncube has reportedly laid the criminal complaint on Friday, 21 November 2025,  at Sandton Police Station.

According to a statement posted on X, which The Bulrushes has not independently verified, Zuma Mncube claims Zuma-Sambudla and two others – Siphokazi Xuma and Blessing Khoza – tricked 17 South African men, including eight relatives, into traveling to Russia in July.

The men had been promised security training, only to be handed over to mercenaries fighting near Donetsk.

The men, mostly young MK Party members from KwaZulu-Natal, signed unclear contracts and now fear for their lives.

Families have been pleading with the South African government to help bring them home safely.
