Polokwane – Police have intensified their search for missing 18-year-old Kgodisho Mashiane.
The teenage girl, a resident of Makotse village in Limpopo, was last seen on Boxing Day.
Police said on Friday, 26 December 2025, at about 14:00, Kgodisho left her home to go and watch a soccer tournament at the local sports ground.
Her mother said that was the last time she saw her daughter.
Kgodisho’s mother said she made numerous attempts to search for her, but was not successful.
She reported Kgodisho missing at the local police station.
Police said Kgodisho last communicated by cellphone with her friend on Sunday, 28 December 2025, at about 12:00, but she did not say where she was.
