NEW APPOINTMENTS: TTRO, the global human capability group, has appointed Ari Sengupta as Chief Executive Officer. Founder Kirsty Chadwick becomes Chief Vision Officer to lead international expansion
SHARE

Johannesburg – TTRO, the global human capability group, has announced the appointment of Ari Sengupta as Chief Executive Officer.

The appointment comes at a defining moment for TTRO as the company formalises its positioning and accelerates a growth journey that now spans governments, enterprises, development finance institutions, and academic bodies globally.

Concurrently, TTRO Founder Kirsty Chadwick steps into the newly created role of Chief Vision Officer.

Kirsty will continue to serve as a strategic voice and ambassador for the organisation and its mission and will focus on expanding TTRO’s footprint, identifying new markets and partners, and shaping the next chapter of what TTRO can become.

A necessary evolution

TTRO has evolved from an e-learning company into a global human capability business, helping governments and businesses build workforce readiness, close skills gaps, and deliver capability at scale.

The business designs and delivers end-to-end capability uplift programmes, combining business strategy with learning strategy, instructional design, AI-enabled technology platforms, and measurable outcomes for organisations that need their people to perform at the highest level.

This appointment formalises TTRO’s positioning as a business that sits at the intersection of human capital development, organisational transformation, and technology, operating with the ambition and infrastructure of a global professional services firm.

Leadership built for scale

Ari Sengupta brings extensive executive experience across multiple industries and international markets, with deep familiarity with the African continent, one of TTRO’s most significant and fastest-growing markets.

Based in the United Kingdom, he is well placed to lead the business’s global operations and client relationships as demand for scalable, outcomes-driven capability development continues to accelerate.

“Kirsty has built an organisation with genuine depth, real relationships, and a track record of delivery in some of the most demanding environments in the world,” stated Sengupta.

“The size of the opportunities this brings is exciting, and I am looking forward to working with the team to build further to deliver on that potential.”

A founder’s vision, realised

TTRO was founded and built by Kirsty Chadwick, whose vision over nearly two decades has shaped a business that is redefining human capability development and how organisations prepare people for what is next.

“We’ve always been bigger in our thinking than the industry that tried to define us. TTRO has grown beyond our start as an e-learning company, and evolved into an end-to-end human capability business,” said Kirsty Chadwick, Founder and Chief Vision Officer, TTRO.

That distinction matters enormously, for the clients we attract, the problems we solve, and the impact we make.

“Ari taking the CEO role means I can focus on what I love most: building the future of this business, finding the partnerships and markets where we can add the most value, and ensuring TTRO’s vision keeps growing ahead of what we’ve already built.”

A platform for the next chapter

TTRO’s capability uplift programmes are deployed across some of the most complex operating environments in the world, multi-country, multilingual, at pace, and at scale.

The company’s integrated model combining capability advisory, bespoke learning content, technology platforms, and Learning as a Service gives clients a single, accountable partner for the full human capability development cycle, from needs analysis to measurable outcomes.

With operations across EMEA, and a growing footprint in the UK, TTRO enters this new chapter with the leadership, positioning and ambition to build a global human capability business.
