Johannesburg – The two individuals pictured above are wanted for questioning in connection with the disappearance of a missing person.
Police spokesperson Brigadier Athlenda Mathe said the pair is believed to have been last seen with the missing person who was allegedly abducted at New Market Mall in Alberton.
“The ongoing investigation has identified Xolani Mndebele and Snenhlanhla Future Ngcobo as the last people known to have been seen with the missing person before his disappearance,” Brigadier Mathe said on Friday, 31 July 2026.
“Despite making numerous commitments to present themselves to the authorities and assist with the investigation, neither individual has done so.
“They have also failed to provide information that could assist investigators or help clarify their involvement in the matter.“
Brigadier Mathe said their current whereabouts were unknown.
“We are appealing directly to both individuals to come forward and cooperate with the investigation,” said Brigadier Mathe.
“Any information they may have could be crucial in helping the family find answers and reunite with their loved one.
“We also appeal to members of the public who may have information regarding the whereabouts of Xolani Mndebele or Snenhlanhla Future Ngcobo to come forward.
“All information will be treated with the strictest confidence and can be reported through our hotline.”
