Durban – A biker has died in a crash along the M13 Durban-bound, near the Richmond Road off-ramp in Pinetown.
Spokesperson Garrith Jamieson said ALS Paramedics responded to a serious motorbike crash just before 10 am on Saturday, 24 October 2026.
“Medics arrived on the scene to find carnage as they found that a motorcycle driver, a male believed to be in his 60s, had somehow lost control and collided with the armco barriers, sustaining fatal injuries,” Jamieson said.
“Unfortunately, there was nothing Paramedics could do for him, and he was declared deceased on the scene.
“At this stage, the events leading up to the crash are unknown.”
Police were on the scene.
