Ahead of the highly anticipated October premiere of Adventure Time: Side Quests, Cartoon Network is bringing an animation celebration to Comic Con Africa, giving fans an exclusive look at the next chapter of two beloved Cartoon Network franchises.
On Thursday, 24 September, Cartoon Network will take over the Main Stage at Comic Con Africa for a special panel celebrating the humour, heart and imagination behind Adventure Time: Side Quests and Regular Show: The Lost Tapes.
The live virtual panel will bring together the creative talent behind these iconic worlds, including JG Quintel, creator and executive producer of Regular Show: The Lost Tapes; Nate Cash, executive producer and showrunner of Adventure Time: Side Quests; and voice stars Sasha Knight, the voice of Finn the Human, and William Salyers, the voice of Rigby.
Fans can expect behind-the-scenes stories, insights into bringing these much-loved franchises back for a new generation, and two Comic Con screenings.
The session will feature the most recent episode of Regular Show: The Lost Tapes, followed by a special exclusive sneak peek at the premiere of Adventure Time: Side Quests — giving fans an early look before it airs on Cartoon Network.

The Comic Con Africa panel sets the stage for the African premiere of Adventure Time: Side Quests, launching on Cartoon Network Africa on Monday, 5 October, with additional episodes to come in 2027.
