Nearly two decades after they first met on a movie set Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez tied the knot at the weekend in Las Vegas, in the US.
The actors first met on the set of their film Gigli in December 2001.
Last year in June, Entertainment reports declared “Bennifer is back” and on Sunday the couple made it official.
“Exactly what we wanted. Last night we flew to Vegas, stood in line for a license with four other couples, all making the same journey to the wedding capital of the world,” revealed Lopez.
The 52-year-old singer, dancer, and actress famously known as J.Lo said it was “the best day of our lives”.
Lopez shared her Little White Wedding Chapel bliss in her newsletter On The JLo.
Signed off as “Mrs. Jennifer Lynn Affleck”, the article included selfies and video clips of the newlyweds.
“We did it. Love is beautiful. Love is kind. And it turns out love is patient. Twenty years patient,” said J.Lo.
Her 49-year-old beau looked happy enough.
