World-renowned singer Celine Dion has been diagnosed with a rare neurological disorder that has left her unable to sing.
The rare condition can cause sufferers pain and stiff limbs.
Celine has shared her situation on social media saying the ailment affects “every aspect of my daily life.”
“I’ve been dealing with problems with my health for a long time, and it’s been really difficult for me to face these challenges and to talk about everything that I’ve been going through,” she said.
“Recently I have been diagnosed with a very rare neurological disorder called the stiff-person syndrome, which affects something like one in a million people.”
The 54-year-old five-time Grammy Award winner has cancelled her shows for next year to focus on her recovery.
