Johannesburg – Women’s football icon and former Banyana Banyana star player Portia Modise has been hijacked and is asking the public to be on the lookout for her stolen VW polo vehicle.
Modise said when she got home on Saturday there was a group of “small boys” at the gate of her home.
What she thought were small boys turned out to be vicious armed hijackers.
In a plea posted on X, formerly Twitter, Modise said she was “not okay” after the hijackers pointed guns at her before making off with her car.
Clearly distraught in the video clip, Modise asks the public to help find her VW Polo.
