Cape Town – The Hungarian-based global sports and football brand, V Agency, is undertaking a new approach to spread ‘the beautiful game’ of football to all areas of the world.

For example, just this month of February 2025, the sports group hosted a Football & Education Integration Workshop in Abuja, Nigeria, bringing together key football stakeholders to explore how education and technology can revolutionize scouting in Nigeria.

The event welcomed esteemed guests, including: Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau, President of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF); Gbenga Elegbeleye, Chairman of the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL25); Lorand Endreffy, Ambassador of Hungary and other industry experts, club representatives, and passionate football professionals.

V Agency CEO, Alexandra Vegh, delivered a keynote speech at this prestigious event.

Vegh emphasised the critical role of education and technology in shaping the future of Nigerian football, creating clear pathways for players and professionals.

She said: “At V Agency, our mission is to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity – providing aspiring scouts and football professionals with the knowledge, skills, and industry connections needed to succeed.”

Another milestone for V Agency is the group’s relations with the iconic Be Your Best Team group.

Be Your Best is a revolutionary brain-based performance development platform specialising in enhancing visual processing and decision-making skills, particularly for football players.

According to football experts, built on cutting-edge neuroscience research, the platform offers virtual simulations that allow players to practice real-game scenarios and make faster, smarter decisions on the pitch.

“What makes Be Your Best truly innovative is its ability to go beyond traditional training methods by developing players’ cognitive abilities.”

Research shows that using the platform can significantly improve on-field performance, helping athletes become more aware and responsive in crucial game moments.

Furthermore, V Agency adds: “our mission is to support young individuals passionate about sports and football through world-class educational and practical training programs.

“Our courses focus on player scouting, video analysis, talent development, and sports management, equipping participants with the skills and knowledge needed to become professional experts in the football ecosystem.

“We believe that making education accessible, even in the most remote regions, not only creates new career opportunities but also ensures fair chances for talented athletes to achieve and surpass their potential with the support of skilled professionals.”

This weekend V Agency will kick start the “Introduction to International Football Scouting” course, designed for individuals passionate about football and looking to build a career in scouting.

“This program provides a comprehensive foundation, covering both youth and professional scouting, as well as modern data-driven methods,” adds the group.

V Agency is already collaborating with big names and notable soccer brands including the likes of Kristiyan Nikolov: Sporting Director, PFC Septemvri Sofia; Toni Bilandzis: Chief Scout, FK Sarajevo; Márk Makrai: Head Scout, ZTE FC Zalaegerszeg and Premier League Legend, William Gallas – former captain of Arsenal, Chelsea legend, Tottenham star, and a France international.
