Polokwane – Police are appealing to 40-year-old Ramuthogi Foster to report to a police station to assist investigators in their probe of the murder of a woman whose body was found stuffed in a pit toilet.
Police in Tshaulu are investigating a case of murder following the discovery of the body of a 40-year-old woman in a pit toilet at Ha-Lambani Mahagala on Sunday, 19 July 2026.

Preliminary investigations revealed that the deceased, who was known to be Foster’s girlfriend, had sustained injuries to the face and head.
Police spokesperson Brigadier Hlulani Mashaba said: “As part of the ongoing investigation, detectives visited the residence of the deceased’s boyfriend, Ramuthogi Foster, who was not found”.
Brigadier Hlulani Mashaba added: “Police are appealing to Ramuthogi Foster… to voluntarily report to his nearest police station, as it is believed that he may be able to assist investigators with information that could be crucial in the ongoing investigation.”
Anyone with information regarding Foster’s whereabouts or any information that may assist the investigation is urged to contact the investigating officer, Sergeant Thuso Nengovhela, on 061 446 3487, or the nearest police station.
