Johannesburg – South African media powerhouse, veteran broadcaster and entrepreneur Tbo Touch steps into a new musical chapter with the release of his latest single, “Flow,” featuring acclaimed vocalist Mariechan and dance music outfit Sons Of Rhythm.
Rooted in the infectious rhythms of Afro-House, the single is an uplifting celebration of freedom, self-discovery and the power of embracing life’s possibilities.
Known for his commanding presence across South Africa’s media and entertainment landscape, Tbo Touch brings that same passion for music and connection to “Flow.”
Blending soulful vocals, driving percussion and atmospheric production, the record captures the delicate balance between life’s chaos and the peace we find when we learn to let go.
At the heart of the single is Mariechan’s captivating vocal performance.
Best known for her work with celebrated South African R&B group Jamali, the singer brings emotional depth and warmth to a record that moves between introspection and release.
Her lyrics trace a journey through uncertainty, searching for light in the shadows and finding freedom in surrender.
Against a hypnotic Afro-House backdrop, that personal journey becomes a collective experience on the dance floor.
Beyond its infectious production, “Flow” carries a message that extends far beyond the music.
For Tbo Touch, the single represents a mindset, an invitation to welcome love, happiness, prosperity, and good health without allowing fear or uncertainty to stand in the way.
“The wait is OVER! Just open your heart and LET IT FLOW,” Tbo Touch shared with fans while teasing the release on social media, encouraging listeners to embrace the good things life has to offer.
The collaboration brings together three distinct creative forces.
Tbo Touch’s deep-rooted connection to South African music culture meets Sons Of Rhythm’s rhythmic dance sensibilities and Mariechan’s unmistakable vocal artistry, resulting in a record that feels equally at home on late-night dance floors and during moments of quiet reflection.
Having spent decades shaping conversations, championing music and connecting audiences through broadcasting, Tbo Touch continues to demonstrate an instinct for bringing people together.
With “Flow,” he extends that influence into the music itself, creating a soundtrack for anyone navigating change, seeking clarity or simply learning to trust the journey.
As Afro-House continues to connect South African musical expression with audiences around the world, “Flow” draws on the genre’s ability to communicate emotion through rhythm.
It is a reminder that sometimes freedom is not about controlling what comes next, but finding the courage to release what holds us back.
With “Flow,” Tbo Touch, Mariechan and Sons Of Rhythm offer a simple but powerful invitation: open your heart, surrender to the rhythm and allow the good things in life to find you.
“Flow” is available on all major digital streaming platforms.
