Seshego –  Arrested Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) Ward 10 Councillor, Jacob Seshoka, accused of burglary and stock theft is expected to appear in the Seshego Magistrate’s Court today, (Tuesday 2 January 2024).

The accused is expected to ask the court to free him on bail.

Seshoka and six others were arrested After Christmas, on 28 December 2023, in Bloodriver in connection with a burglary and stock theft that occurred at the Polokwane Police Station, in Limpopo. 

The accused were allegedly found in possession of stolen firearms and ammunition. 

Meanwhile, ActionSA said it will be following the case to the letter to ensure that the guilty do not evade accountability. 

“We want to reassure the residents of Bloodriver and Moletjie that, as a party that cares, we will stand in solidarity with them until the conclusion of this matter.”
