Eight-year-old Tlotso Mogomotsi Moilwe of Mogwase went missing from Segakwaneng Village near Moruleng, Rustenburg, on Christmas Day and now police are offering a cash reward for his safe return.

Police in Mogwase on Saturday said they were offering “a reward of up to R50 000 to anyone who may have information that can lead to the arrest and conviction of a perpetrator/s, involved in the disappearance of eight-year-old Tlotso Mogomotsi Moilwe”.

Moilwe was last seen at about 15:00 playing with his friends in Segakwaneng Village in the North West, on 25 December 2021.

At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing camouflage shorts, with a black t-shirt and grey slippers.

Although a suspect has been arrested in connection with the child’s disappearance, police are continuing with their investigations.

Earlier this week, on Thursday, 28-year-old Bridget Bojosi appeared in the Mogwase Magistrates’ Court on a charge of kidnapping.

She was remanded in custody until her next court appearance on Thursday, 13 January 2022.

Police are calling on anyone who knows where the child is to contact the Investigating Officer, Sergeant Vincent Mzinyathi, on ?082 416 3197? or call the Crime Stop number on ?08600 10111?.
