Durban – Two men have been shot dead in the Central Business District, The Bulrushes can report.

The deadly shooting occurred at about 11h00 on Tuesday.

Emer-G-Med said: “Paramedics responded to the scene of a shooting incident at the intersection of Stanger and Argyle roads in the Durban Central Business District.

“On arrival on scene two men aged approximately 40 years old, were found with multiple gunshot wounds and in a state of cardiac arrest.

“Resuscitation efforts were attempted on both men, however, were unsuccessful and the men were declared dead on the scene.”

Emer-G-Med said the motive for the shooting was not yet known.

The South African Police Service is investigating. No arrests have been reported.
