Popular film producer and actor Shona Ferguson, who died of Coivid-19, will be laid to rest on Wednesday, his family has said.
“The Ferguson family would like to confirm that the late Shona Ferguson will be laid to rest in a private ceremony attended by family members on Wednesday,” said Thato Matuka, a family spokesperson.
Details of the memorial service will be communicated at a later stage.
“We would like to thank our friends and the public at large for the kind words of comfort during this difficult period,” said Matuka.
Shona, who was married to renowned actress and film producer Connie Ferguson, died on Friday on hospital at the age of 47.
